All you need to do to get you refund is tag us @twinkle_safe in a photo showing your duplicate gifts along with your parents to be, and we will DM you to arrange for your refund. 

How It Works 

Getting your 50% back is simple, and it helps us spread the word about smart, confident gifting!

1. Gift Your Twinkle Safe Stickers: Purchase our Reflective Pram Stickers for a baby shower. Wrap them beautifully and give them with pride!

2. Duplicate Discovery: Your friends (the parents-to-be) open their gifts and discover the joyful surprise of receiving two or more sets of Twinkle Safe Reflective Pram Stickers. (It happens! We're okay with it!)

3. Capture & Share on Instagram: They (or you!) snap a clear photo showing at least two separate, unopened Twinkle Safe Reflective Pram Sticker packages at the Baby Shower (pregnant bumps are a great way to demonstrate this). Post this photo on Instagram, tagging our official handle, @twinkle_safe and also tag the other gift-givers in their caption. Each purchaser who wants to receive a refund, will need make a qualifying instagram post.

4. DM us to Claim : Once you have tagged us in your post on Instagram send a Direct Message (DM) to @twinkle_safe also via Instagram.

  • In your DM, please provide:
    • Your original Twinkle Safe order number and email address (This is how we verify your purchase.)
    • A link to your instagram post and the name of the other purchaser
    • A quick confirmation that your gifted item is one of the duplicate Twinkle Safe items visible in the photo and it was given at a Baby Shower.

5. Verification & Refund:

Our team will review your DM, verify your order number, and confirm the details from the Recipient's Instagram post. Once approved (usually within 3-5 business days), we will process your 50% refund of the price of the product directly to your original payment method. We'll send you an Instagram DM to confirm!

Important: For easy verification, your Instagram profile will either need to be public. If it's private, DM us directly to let us know and we will request to follow you to verify the duplication.


    Terms & Conditions: The Twinkle Safe No-Duplicate Gift Guarantee

    Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to ensure a smooth claim process for your 50% refund. By participating in this guarantee, you agree to these terms.

    1. Eligibility:
    • This guarantee applies to Twinkle Safe Reflective Pram Stickers purchased directly from Twinkle Safe's official website only.
    • The stickers must have been purchased and genuinely gifted at a baby shower event.
    • Only the original purchaser (the "Gifter") of an eligible Twinkle Safe Reflective Pram Sticker set is entitled to claim a refund.
    1. Guarantee Conditions:
    • The Gifter must personally observe that the new parents (Recipient) received at least one other identical Twinkle Safe Reflective Pram Sticker package at the same baby shower event, in addition to the one you gifted.
    • The refund amount is 50% of the original product price of your gifted Twinkle Safe Reflective Pram Sticker set (excluding any shipping costs or full-order discounts unless specific to the item).
    1. Mandatory Instagram Post (from the Gifter):
    • To claim your refund, you (the Gifter) must take a clear, high-quality photograph or video at the baby shower showing:
      • Your gifted Twinkle Safe Reflective Pram Sticker package.
      • At least one other identical Twinkle Safe Reflective Pram Sticker package that was also received by the new parents at the same event.
      • Including the pregnant bump or other baby shower context in the photo is encouraged to clearly demonstrate the baby shower setting.
    • You must then post this photo or video to your own Instagram feed. Each Gifter who wishes to make a claim needs to post on their own Instagram feed - you cannot use a post from another handle, unless you are have co-posted it onto your feed as well through the collaboration functionality. 
    • Your Instagram post MUST explicitly tag our official Instagram handle: @twinkle_safe.
    1. Claim Process (via Instagram DM from the Gifter):
    • Once your qualifying Instagram post (as described above) has been made, you (the Gifter) must initiate your refund claim by sending a Direct Message (DM) to @twinkle_safe on Instagram.
    • Claims initiated via any other channel (e.g., email, website form) will not be processed under this guarantee.
    1. Required Information for Claim DM:
    • In your Instagram DM to @twinkle_safe, you must provide:
      • Your original Twinkle Safe order number and the email address used for the purchase.
      • A direct link to your own qualifying Instagram post.
      • The name of the other purchaser who also gifted the Reflective Pram Stickers at the Baby Shower
      • A brief confirmation that your gifted Twinkle Safe item is one of the duplicate items shown in your Instagram post, and that it was given at a baby shower.
    1. Instagram Profile Privacy & Verification:
    • For smooth verification, your Instagram profile (from which you post the proof) should ideally be public.
    • If your Instagram profile is private, you must clearly state this in your DM. Twinkle Safe will then request to follow your account to verify the post. Failure to accept this follow request may result in the inability to verify the claim.
    1. Verification & Refund Process:
    • Our team will review your DM, verify your order number and email, and confirm all details against your tagged Instagram post.
    • Claim review typically takes 3-5 business days. Once approved, the 50% refund of the product price will be processed directly to your original payment method within 1-2 business days.
    • Confirmation of your refund will be sent to you via Instagram DM.
    1. Claim Deadline:
    • All elements of the claim (your qualifying Instagram post and your subsequent DM claim) must be completed and submitted within 90 days of the original purchase date.
    1. General Conditions:
    • Twinkle Safe reserves the right to thoroughly verify the authenticity of all claims, including requesting additional information or proof if deemed necessary. Any fraudulent claims will result in disqualification and potential legal action.
    • The guarantee applies to the specific Twinkle Safe Reflective Pram Sticker product only and cannot be exchanged for other products or cash equivalent beyond the specified 50% refund.
    • Twinkle Safe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this No-Duplicate Gift Guarantee at any time without prior notice. Any valid claims initiated in accordance with these terms before such action will be honoured.
    • Individual customers can only make one claim per 90 days.
